On page 4, a model of leader development is proposed that groups development into 6 different stages across a person's life. Do you agree that these stages are accurate? If so, why? Or, do you think that there should be more stages (in other words, should some stages be broken up into smaller stages)? If so, why?

Starting on page 5, the section "Experiential windows across the lifespan discusses" potential leadership experiences for development across different stages of life. Do you think there are any experiences missing from the discussion of the different stages? If so, what are they? If not, discuss what you think about what the authors have said and why you think they are correct?
