Chapter 12 discusses crisis leadership and learning organizations.

How does leadership change when involved in a crisis environment? How does communication factor into these situations? Identify the most important step in crisis planning and management? Is there a way to plan for crisis situations? Do we overdue this in organizations today following things like world disasters (9/11) or school/business mass shootings? Be specific and support with external references.

After reviewing this week's course materials, reflecting on your peers' responses, think of a situation that you have been personally involved in and how did it impact the organization as a whole and how did it impact you? What things were critical to surviving the crisis?
