In Chapter 3, Gambles discusses building the case for change, including what happens if no change is made (p. 48). In your initial post, discuss your zero change option for your business case. Then, rate the severity of action from a scale of 0 to 10 (with 10 being the highest impact and 0 being no impact if the business case does not occur). Finally, discuss how you think your rating affects the probability of your business case moving forward. If you rated it a zero, describe why stakeholders would want to approve the business case when there would be no reason for change.
