There are thousands of jails and prisons in the United States that employ hundreds of thousands of correctional officers. Unfortunately, there are correctional officers who act less than ethically. Please do some outside research and identify a news article that discusses a correctional officer who acted unethically. Please discuss a case that has concluded and you know the outcome. You will lose credit if the case is still pending. We never know the consequences until the case is finalized.
