Description - In a 1-page paper, discuss your leadership style, current weaknesses as a leader, and plans to improve your skills to develop into an ethical and effective healthcare leader. Include two (2) academic references and submit your assignment in APA format.

Requirements -

1. Identify one or two leadership styles (for the purpose of the assignment) that reflect how you lead.

2. Identify your current weaknesses based on the characteristics of the leadership styles.

3. Propose how you will improve your skills to develop into an ethical and effective healthcare leader. (For example, education, networking, associations, mentoring, and volunteering, etc.).

Include two (2) academic references.

Criterion 1: Leadership Style

Identifies one or two leadership styles (for the purpose of the assignment) that reflect how you lead. Includes all 3 elements:

Name of Leadership style(s).
Summary of leadership style(s).
Strengths of leadership style(s).

Criterion 2 - Identify weaknesses based on the characteristics of the leadership styles.

Identifies current weaknesses based on 3 separate characteristics of your leadership style(s).

Criterion 3 - Improving skills

Proposes how you will improve your skills to develop an ethical and effective healthcare leader. Includes all 4 elements:

Education
Networking/Associations
Mentoring
volunteering

Criterion 4 - Writing Requirements

All of the following elements are met:

Displays college-level writing in Standard English free of spelling, grammar, or punctuation errors.
Minimal in-text citation errors such as a missing page number or a misplaced date may occur.
Minimal paper formatting errors such as a misplaced margin may occur.
Quotation marks and citations make authorship clear.

Assignment is 1 - page paper in length not including the title page and reference page.

Criterion 5 - Academic references with in-text citations

Includes more than two academic references from multiple outside sources and/or course materials as required.
Assess your personal leadership style for healthcare management.
