Students may choose any of the following questions to answer each week, but should answer all questions in total for this module:
1. What did you find most interesting about the artifacts at the Met you toured in this module? Be specific in your answer. Describe at least 2 different artifacts that you observed.
( The 2 artifacts are an Athenian water jar, ca. 450 BCE and a Female dancer, China, second century BCE.)
2. Discuss women's labor in the ancient world. Use the article "The most silent women of Greece and Rome: rural labour and women's life in the ancient world" for specific examples and detail. Use at least 3 examples from the article.
