Discussion-The Happiness Formula
Happiness is an achievable state. The positive psychology model has determined that certain experiences assist in creating a lasting experience of happiness and well-being. According to this model, our ability to feel happiness is a direct function of our early experiences in relationships. Happiness is also created through a series of experiences that include acts of altruism and flow experiences.
