Throughout the various stages of maturation, individuals' perceptions and outlooks concerning death transform. In childhood, death is often considered a temporary or reversible condition to sleep or separation. Around the age of 9 or 10, children start to comprehend that death is irreversible, although they may not yet grasp that it's universal and unavoidable.
Adolescents begin to contemplate the significance of death on an existential level, pondering their mortality and the purpose of life. To foster greater understanding, it's critical to provide age-appropriate instruction and support. Using concrete language and storytelling can help minimize death and comfort children.
Encouraging honest communication and addressing misconceptions can help alleviate anxieties. Adolescents can benefit from opportunities to engage in philosophical exploration and conversations about values, purpose, and legacy.
Exposing young people to various cultural viewpoints on death promotes empathy and resilience. In addition, providing coping mechanisms and outlets for expression, such as art therapy or writing, can help young people navigate grief. Lastly, promoting a culture of openness and support within families and communities fosters positive attitudes toward death and dying at all stages of life.

Most of the changes I would like to talk about is the physical changes we go through, from child to adolescence to adult then elderly. As we get older, we get more wrinkles, over 60 and on we suffer from hearing loss, some have trouble communicating, memory loss. The thing that i always found surprising is once past a certain age in the late adulthood is that we lose weight without trying and get shorter. I have two grandmas who are both over 60 one 69 and one 79 and watching them now older i find myself seeing most of these things when I talk to them and visit them. They are very repetitive and have some memory loss when speaking to mw about the same stories.
People in the middle age adulthood fear death as it's approaching in their age as to late adulthood people see it as their time will come and everyone dies. There are different ways to explain to children about death and dying and it's different for everyone because of beliefs yes everyone dies but explaining it to children should eb realistic. For example, my daughter is 4 and her grandma died unexpectedly when she was 3 months old, now she knows who her grandma was and that she died and asked why and how we as people who believe is God have explained death to her, she knows everyone dies and goes to heaven with God and somehow that makes her feel a lot better when she thinks of her grandma. She even asked us to take her to church to learn more about God and Jesus which we do. Now I'm not saying this is the correct way for everyone but for us and my family it helped explain to her when people around her do die.
