After creating my profile on Career Quest I used the resume builder and VMock tools. The resume builder helped me tremendously since I have not touched my resume since 2019. The resume builder improved and helped me build my resume from past and present careers and jobs since 2020. The VMock was another tool that was useful for me since I am currently trying to prepare myself for life after the military. I was able to see how I can not only, but others sharpen their interview responses and professionalism within this environment since a lot of companies are starting to do virtual interviews.

I watched many videos, such as Practicing your Elevator Pitch, Practicing For An Interview, and exploring the LinkedIn connection with VMock. The tools are interesting and very useful. The various recordings prepare you for your next interview in order to land your future career, which can be found on CareerQuest. This all assisted by providing useful information. The challenge I encountered at first was finding the links, especially the one for connecting to Linkedin; one needs to download their LinkedIn Profile PDF to make the connection to VMock. Once I found the right resources, I was able to navigate easily through the application.
