5. You are a human resource director for an upstart company that uses an online driving application company (It would be like Uber in its early days). Lately, staff has complained that one of the senior managers has been making inappropriate comments to female employees.
Other concerns are that the new staff do not integrate well with existing employees. Many are having trouble understanding and working with some of the new software used to manage inventory. Management is not certain on the best way to evaluate employee job performance. There is great dissatisfaction with the quality of the drivers they have hired.
