The "think global, act local" approach to global marketing and advertising means implementing a universal core idea that can be applied to every market in the globe. Pattern advertising and generating commercials with similar themes and forms are some of the ways marketers may adjust their advertising to local markets, allowing managers from different locations to pick the ads they believe would perform best in their market.
