Competitive Advantage

After reading chapter 5, the mini-lectures, and the "Strategic Considerations" document. (This will be one of the handiest tools for you to use in the future so you may want to print it up.)

Looking at the Strategic Considerations document, consider hypothetical examples of these strategies as it pertains to Delta.

Question 1. I want you each to select just one strategy and describe what it would look like for Delta to engage in your selected strategy.

Question 2. Discuss what considerations you would need to make given the Life-Cycle that the Industry is in.

This can be something they have done in the past, something that they could do in the future or completely hypothetical and fabricated like my Walmart and Dairy farming example in the mini-lecture. The key here is for me to see that you can explain the strategy by providing an example either real or hypothetical. As a matter of housekeeping, it would be helpful if you put the type of strategy in your title of your post so people can see it easily.
