The business I am going to chat about is Xfinity Comcast, they are a multi-national cable and telecommunication organization. The stakeholders in charge were their internal employees as well as their external partners to create XFINITY. Stakeholders wanted to change the way people communicate by investing in their WIFI coverage, cell phone, and TV. Thinking that it would be wise to have three bills in one.
Here are the concerns with the brand, customers complain of the high prices, consistent power outages, and customer service not being treated with respect or dignity. Again you can rebrand the company, but the same issues will exist if nothing changes.
How do they stop customer fallout, I know if a new customer is onboarded they will lock them in for the next two years with a high bill. New technology like the Internet or IPTV, wireless pay TV using wireless networks and so much more.
Plus competition in the new Pay TV is not making it any better for the brand and making it easier for customers to switch.
