2. Clearly state George Ritzer's thesis of the McDonaldization of our society.

  • Clearly discuss Weber's concerns regarding formal organizations/bureaucracies.

3. Describe the research of Stanley Milgram and explain its contributions to our understanding of obedience to authority.
