Jackson had a busy day with appointments scheduled every half hour. His day did not start well, the company car would not start, so he had to relocate all of the inspection signs, paperwork etc. to his own car which took several minutes so as a result, he was late for his first appointment. His assistant who had booked the appointments was not familiar with the local area and had him driving backward and forwards across the suburb. The hand written list of addresses was hard to read and in his haste he went to the wrong address, as he pulled from the kerb, he was dialling the office on his mobile phone, he didn't see the car turning in front of him and he crashed into the other car.
