After reading the material on Positive Psychology Interventions for this week, please do apost that contains each of the following 3 items (with a minimum 300words total). Cite sources and include a reference list:

Discuss two valuable "takeaways" you gained when reading about positive psychology interventions, and why you feel these items are significant.
Select a day this week to engage in three (3) different types of acts of kindness (i.e., conduct the acts of kindness on the same day). You may want to do a little planning (such as picking up treats or making cards in advance). Choose 3 people to receive the acts of kindness (One act of kindness each. For example, Person A - Kindness 1, Person B - Kindness 2, Person C - Kindness 3.) At the end of the day, take a moment to reflect and to write down - What were your personal feelings while doing the acts of kindness? As the day progressed and you completed each task what did you experience? What connections to course lessons to date come to mind as you reflect upon the day's experience?
For TWO days this week, try one of the humor interventions ("three funny things"; collecting funny things; counting funny things; applying humorous activities in a specified time frame; or solving stressful situations in a humorous way) OR one of the optimism interventions (inducing a positive mindset; visualizing your "best self"; or writing about positive experiences). Describe your experiences from these interventions.
