Discuss how these two quality improvement projects would be effective to use in the quality improvement project you will recommend in your final assignment, using information from your research to support your recommendations.

Discuss whether or not these were adopted from use in another industry, and why it was successfully leveraged in health care. (For example, was it based on the same principles?)

Requirements

Criterion 1: Adaptable Programs

Thoroughly discusses two programs, one from a different setting or industry, that can be adapted to the quality improvement project chosen, and provides a background of the programs and their performance in the quality improvement space.

Criterion 2: Efficacy of the Adapted Quality Improvement Program

Synthesizes information on the two other quality programs and discusses how they can be adapted to the student's quality improvement plan, with sound reasoning, and provides information from the literature that supports these choices.

Criterion 3: Writing Requirement: Resources

Supports all opinions and ideas with relevant and credible sources of information.

Includes at least four professional references.
