Think about an example that illustrates top-down and bottom-up processing. This can be a personal experience (that you are willing to share with the class), or you can pick an example from pop culture (advertisement, cartoon, picture/photograph, youtube video etc.) It can be funny or serious, meaningful or not so much!

Briefly define top-down and bottom up processing and then discuss how the two processes work together (or in opposition to each other) in the context of your example.
