First, consider the ways Social Capital (module 10) and City Diversity (Jacobs, part 2) can influence the Quality of Communities (module 12).

With your new knowledge, discuss three (3) ways social capital and city diversity add to or improve the "bare necessities" of a good quality community identified in the lecture video.

Use what you learned from Jacobs' Part 2, "The Peculiar Nature of Cities," as at least one example for improving the quality of communities. You should also use what you learned about Social Capital as another example for improving the quality of communities. Your third example can focus on one or the other or even use both.
