Case Sudy: Trust Construction Pte Ltd is a major construction company in Singapore. Its pool of construction workers are hired from around Asia. For the past two years, the company has been experiencing high incidences of workplace injuries including deaths among its construction workers. There has also been reports of work stress among the workers.
