There are many ways to make decisions - intuitively or quantitatively; individually or group; autocratic or consensus. Discuss this making reference to decision-making styles (autocratic, consensus...), decision types (quantitative, qualitative...) and explain how these relate to (map to) organization types, personality types and problems types.
