PREPARE A ROGERIAN ESSAY ON THE MERITS OF AN ALL VOLUNTEER FORCE OVER THE SELECTIVE SERVICE SYSTEM. YOUR CLAIM IS THAT THE SELECTIVE SERVICE OF THE USA IS OUTDATED AND AN ALL VOLUNTEER FORCE WOULD ESTABLISH A MORE PATRIOTIC MILITARY.
