Bandura's Social Learning theory connects to aspects of self-efficacy, which develops gradually over time. A continuing process of self-reinforcement regulates much of people's behavior from observation and modeling others. This modeling and reinforcement extends Bandura's views that have assisted many people to understand their competence in coping with life. Think about your own life, actions and interactions when you think about your own self-efficacy.

The issue of self-efficacy is sometimes interchangeable with self-esteem and/or self-concept however, each have a distinct definition. Define each term and research through the module and various scholarly sources, the specifics of self-efficacy in Bandura's system. Discuss the various points of Bandura's theory and give examples of your own actions and thoughts with your self-esteem and self-concept.
