Discuss the use of social media. Is it protected content? Why or why not? Who owns your content once you use a third party vendor to share information or thoughts? Can the police monitor this media lawfully or do they need a search warrant or subpoena? Can it be used in employment? Locate an example of use of social media gone astray by law enforcement either employed or seeking employment. Discuss and then take a careful look at your use of social media. Is there anything there you would want to share with the world? You need not discuss that aspect but think about your example in this discussion and anything you would not want disclosed.
