Suppose that you have been assigned to be the leader (project manager) of a project designed to evaluate which new city in Missouri should be the first location for a national restaurant chain (think Olive Garden). You are to do whatever necessary from the selection of the location through the opening of the restaurant. Work with your "project colleagues" in this discussion to brainstorm 5-10 of the highest level Work Breakdown Structure tasks that would need to be completed. For one of these highest level tasks (ideally one that someone else has not selected), break that task down to the next level of the 3-5 tasks that need to be performed to complete that task.
