Managing Change at Multiple Levels

Organizational change is a complex process, and successful leaders must be able to manage issues at the individual employee level, team level, and organization-external environmental level.

Tasks:Using an organization with which you are familiar, discuss the potential impact of change initiatives on each of the three levels mentioned above.

In your response:

- Discuss the specific challenges change leaders typically encounter at each level.

- Propose specific measures to address and resolve the challenges discussed at each level.
