We'll use the Casey Anthony criminal case as a basis for this week's discussion. If you're not familiar with the case, use the following link as a starting point:

At the time of the case, Florida applied the Frye standard. In 2013, Florida approved the use of the Daubert standard in criminal cases.

Compare and contrast the Frye and Daubert decisions relating to the admissibility of scientific evidence in the courtroom for this case. For example, you might discuss "the smell of death" and explain how a lawyer would argue that it should be allowed as part of trial evidence. Your post should be 150 to 250 words in length.
