REQUlREMENT;

According to scholars, consumer preferences for a restaurant are changing due to a variety of variables. However. knowledge about the preferences is scarce. Adopt the F' Ps marketing mix framework to explore customer preferences for fine and casual dining.

Collect textual online review data from the google reviews rating scale [4 stars and above]. create a sample dataset (5 each for fine and casual dining}, and manually annotate the I"? variables in each sentence ofthe online reviews.

Determine the critical variables influencing Malaysian consumer preferences for fine and casual dining based on the data collected. Lastly. provide suggestions for restaurants in Malaysia to improve their review rate.
