Sutton Pointers Corporation expects to begin operations on January 11, 2015; it will operate as a specialty sales company that sells laser pointers over the Internet. Sutton expects sales in January 2015 to total $240,000, February 2015 to total $252,000, and March to total $264,600.

All sales are made on account. Sutton expects to collect 70% of the sales on account in the month of sale and 30% in the month following the sale.
