Question: From the approval date, the IT Company has 5 months to complete the project. A budget was not proposed. The client expects to employ you on a fixed price contract hence you must research the market rates of required personnel to develop a reasonable budget. You must focus on the required functionalities and think about extra functionalities that could benefit the client. The overall tasks are listed below:

Task 1: Use PMBOK's five project life cycle phases to develop the project charter, stakeholder register, project plan, budget, schedule and risk register. Note: it is important that you develop some documents using MS project.

Task 2: Use the Agile project management methodology to develop a product backlog and the project tasks for 2 to 4 sprints. It is important to use slack for all communication and Trello or Jira for creating a Kanban board.

Task 3: Compare two PMBOK and two Agile methodology features and discuss how they affect the running of IT projects.

Task 4: Discuss the role that ethics play in the running of successful Information Technology projects.
