Question: You are employed as a risk manager for RTH Consulting. Upon your arrival, Dr Kidwell Mahlangu, the CEO has requested you to report on the possible reasons why there are continuous conflicts amongst the employees in the company. Your observation from the time of your arrival in the company was the serious gaps in their communication strategies and the management thereof. Your reports must consist of a table of contents, definition of key concepts, communication management plan, and the risk management process. This must be structured in a manner where Exco may understand. Illustrate through diagrams, the processes that are involved in the report. The report must be compiled as follows:
