However, in some of situations, either originating from the complex nature of transactions or company operation spread over large geographical areas, two or more auditor works together to complete assignment. The responsibility of auditor is determined by nature of their association. One appointed for any specific location is responsible for that location only. Others are responsible for complete audit as they are part of complete planning.
