In the following physical ladder diagram, two motor starters and two OFF-Delay timer relays are used to control the forward and reverse motions of a linear motor. The operation of the system requires that, before any change of motion direction, the motor must be in a full stop by push the "STOP" button

Assuming bother timer TD1 and TD2 have the same preset time of 1 minute, discuss the purpose of the two timers in the following ladder logic.

If "Forward" and "Reverse" are pushed in bout the same time, is the interlocking feature in the ladder logic going to work properly?
