It is important to be able to analyze evidence that could show whether a program would be effective in your local community with your specific population and their specific needs.

For this homework, you are the probation officer supervisor and have just attended an industry conference. You have been asked to present what you learned about current trends in programs and interventions with the rest of your department. You will also discuss your personal evaluation of the current trend.

Write a paper, 1000 to 1200 words
