Answer the following questions:
1) Vaccinations are quite a popular (and unfortunately polarizing) topic of discussion these days in America. If you were in a conversation with **someone** who is skeptical / scared of vaccinations (inclusive of but not exclusive to COVID), provide three reasons that they should still strongly consider being vaccinated. These reasons should be based on the evidence presented in class, should not insult anyone (e.g., no name calling), or use guilt/threats (e.g., don't tell them they are killing their neighbors by not getting vaccinated, etc.). If your reasons are not evidence based (e.g., vaccines are magical potions that make all of your problems go away), you will not get credit for these points
2) Discuss the pros and cons of using CRISPR. Give an example of a situation in which you might advise a couple to look into using it. Give an example of a situation in which you would advise a couple against using it.
3) If you were advising expectant parents on their soon-to-be infant's diet, what would you recommend to them and why? Provide a general timeline of when you would introduce solids, ween off of milk/formula, and which foods to lean more heavily on or avoid. Provide some general reasoning for your guidelines.
4) Why does charles darwin get so much attention and credit (i.e., gets more credit than he/she deserves). Why do you think this is the case? Why do you think he/she gets so much credit?
