You will prepare a brief paper (2 pages) and a power point presentation (5 to 10 slides) answering at least 5 of the below questions about how project management is done within your current organization:

Power Point Presentation

The presentation should be tailored to address senior management stakeholders. Both the power point presentation and paper will be submitted to the instructor for grading. The power point will be graded as if you project manager presenting your findings to the project review board. Thus, it is important to not copy and paste the paper into the presentation, but tailor the presentation to address senior management. You will be graded on your ability to summarize the key points into a persuasive power point.
