Examine of following scenario: Mark is a drug dealer who has a drug house in Sinclair St. Undercover detective use Jimmy, an informant, to make undercover drug buys from Marks drug house. One night, Jimmy comes out and tells the detectives that the Mark is in the house and says he is getting 3 kilos of cocaine delivered to the house in two days. Mark tells Jimmy its a sure thing.
