This question has five parts,

1) Pick an issue that involves technology- pick one that you think is important today, and explain what the conflict or central importance of that issue is in the world or a specific context.

2) Regarding your issue, identify at least 4 different groups or populations who would be effected differently and have different demands, these differences shaping how they would see the issue you selected.

3) Considering those conflicts, try to identify at least one, or more, specific political conflicts- that is groups/factions/populations as having recognizably different positions as winners/losers or potential winners/losers.

4) Consider how the politics relates to the technologies involved, select one, and show a link between that technology and the specific politics/conflict you identified.

5) Suggest a specific intervention into that conflict that is not technological, a norm/legal/cultural/social or new meaning, that would significantly change the social conflict and politics.
