Assignment:
CC: "Chronic stress and worry."
HPI: A twelve-year-old kid and his mother visited the clinic with persistent tension and worry. He worries about several things, including his family's safety. He also laments being apart from his mother and younger brother. His mother says he has odd dreams. He often experiences dreams characterized by disorientation and an inability to find his mother or younger sibling. These nightmares disturb him and contribute to his overall anxiety.
Additionally, he acknowledges experiencing fluctuations in his mood. He often exhibits melancholy and feelings of neglect as he believes his mother favors his newborn sibling over him. His emotional well-being is adversely affected because of this. The patient alleges that he was subjected to derogatory epithets such as "Mr. Smelly" by his classmates due to his refusal to bathe and occasional nocturnal mishaps. He experiences alone and struggles to concentrate on his academic pursuits. Furthermore, he expresses dissatisfaction with his nearly constant headaches and stomachaches. In recent weeks, he has experienced noticeable weight loss as a result of a drop in his appetite. He reveals that lack of fatherly love precipitates the condition and physical activity relieves the stress.
Question: Based on the above scenario, answer the following questions
