You are taking care of a 48-year-old female that presents to the Emergency Department with abdominal pain. The pain is described as a burning in the epigastric region radiating to RUQ. It is episodic. The patient reports it occurs most often a few hours after eating. Past surgical history: C-section 34 years old. Past medical history: Chronic back pain Medications: Advil 400mg p.o. prn, Multivitamin one p.o. daily
