The chapter on biological psychology discusses the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems. I'd like you to reflect on your experiences with these systems. College can be a stressful time with work, family, and school pressures. This is also an unusual and particularly stressful year for many people for a variety reasons, including the pandemic, economic issues, ongoing social unrest, and changes in employment status.
