Since the mid-1990s, however, it has been increasingly recognized that health care reform in Canada is being shaped by neoliberalism. Discuss the "neoliberalization" of healthcare policy in Canada using examples from two of the following areas of healthcare: long-term care, mental health care, medicare covered hospital and physician services.
