Moving into the future of emergency medical services (EMS), there must be a continual focus on both research and quality to improve outcomes and processes in our profession. You, as a stakeholder in EMS, have the opportunity to research, develop, and implement quality improvement programs or initiatives that are evidence-based.

Using your eTextbook, suggested unit resources, or other professional literature, design a plan for how you will implement a culture of quality within your organization. If you are not affiliated with an EMS organization, you may research one of your choosing.
