When dealing with any organization the most important focus always revolves around the financial characteristics. Within this characteristics there has to be key elements to ensure that the organization runs smoothly, financially. Some of these essential elements should include the salary, expenses, and budget. The organization need to have a detail plan that encompasses the distribution and allocation of all salaries; in it they should include the methods it would utilize for payroll arrangements. The next element that need to be closely monitored is the expenditure associated with running a business; in that plan we need to have the people who will be in charge and whom will be entitled to oversee all the expenses of the organization. And the last element and probably the most important would be the creation and monitoring of the budget. An organization need to have an accurate budget in order to know where to allocate money to improve its infrastructure.
