Question: What is the major difference between a Florida Residential Contract for Purchase and SAssume you are a paralegal working for a real estate law firm. Your client comes to you with a written contract for purchase of real estate. The contract is for purchase of 5 acres of a 10 acre tract of land in Loxahatchee Florida. Your client, the buyer, tells you that after he and the seller signed the contract, the Seller told him that he could also buy the remaining 5 acres if he wanted it, as long as he let him know by March 1, 2017.
