You work for an HR consulting company. An organization has hired your firm to conduct an HRM analysis and make recommendations to better align HR practices to the company's key business initiatives. This organization is the same company you have been writing about during this course. To accomplish the goal, address the following:
Analyze the organization.
Develop a set of HRM practices that help align HR practices to the firm's strategy. (Remember the firm's overall strategy regarding Porter and Snow and White's theories).
Develop a research paper
In your paper,

VII. Propose a set of HRM recommendations specifically tailored for the selected firm.
VIII. Insert a table with the deliverables, accountable people, and a timeline for the recommendations.
IX. Describe other HRM issues as applicable.
