They must then go on to highlight the performance criteria that the operations manager or the CEO is likely manage and monitor. For example, for the CEO of Bugatti, quality is paramount and not so much speed in having each car completed. It will vary from firm to firm.

Highlight the operations strategy of the firm, describing the manager’s role or ceo in developing operations strategy. This all depends on the management and leadership style of the CEO. Some CEO’s would consult all stakeholders before implementing any strategy or even train staff before the launch of a new technology.
