I'm taking a CRIJ 2323 legal Aspects of law. we have to start a case study and finish it in two weeks. I don't really know how to do, a case study or know what to have in it to get a good grade. The below is the questions we have to answer, so i guess do you think it has to be in essay form?

Question: What happens when the State and Federal government disagree on the creation and enforcement of laws?
Do the federal immigration laws preclude Arizona's efforts at cooperative law enforcement and preempt the four provisions of S.B. 1070 on their face?
