Question: During last few weeks of the class, we discussed the issue of interest rate and the role of interest rate in the assessment of projects and selection of engineering projects using the PW, FW and AW, and ROR. Further we discussed the impacts of interest rate on the personal as individual, national economy, and global economy. In this regard, I will ask you to discuss the impacts of interest rate in depth with your group and write a report. The report must contain the aim of this research project, economic analysis with an example of a project that shows these impacts on individual, national and global and what are the social impacts of the project. Please, include the cash flow diagram of your project.
The requirements are:
1. Discuss the issue of Interest Rate
2. Discuss the impact of interest rate on Individual or Personal, National Economy and Global Economy.
Give an example of Economic Analysis of a project and discuss the social impacts of the project.
