Five of your good friends signed the charter with you indicating they will assist you with getting the work done. You are in the Planning Process for Scope (Recall the Planning column on the PM matrix), and you know that you need to develop a WBS. Discuss: the information you need to develop this WBS; where you will get the information; and the items needed to be in the WBS for this tree house?
